Zaya Terms and Conditions

When you choose to purchase from Zaya, we encourage you to understand the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase. By using this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

 

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Zaya does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, so please shop mindfully. Contact us at marina@zayaconcept.co.za for questions about specific products. For damaged or faulty goods, report them to Zaya within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at marina@zayaconcept.co.za. Please include an image of the damage/fault, your name, order number, and contact details.

Once we review your email and confirm an error in product consignment or a fault before delivery, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. If a replacement piece is unavailable, we will offer a credit note or exchange. When Zaya is at fault, we will cover the return shipping for the faulty or incorrect item and dispatch the replacement to you.

Items being returned must be sent back to Zaya within 7 days of receiving the order, in their original and unused condition. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and secured appropriately. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Zaya will not be liable for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging on your part.

Pricing

Zaya reserves the right to change prices of items on our website without notice. Prices are based on photographed products. If you want a custom order, please send your request via our contact page, and we will provide a quote.

Prices on the Zaya website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include taxes. All orders will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). When purchasing in a currency other than South African Rand (ZAR), your card will be charged the South African Rand (ZAR) amount using your provider's current exchange rate. Contact your bank/credit card provider for details.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. All goods remain the property of Zaya until payment is received in full.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations and order changes can be made only before payment is completed. We do not issue refunds. Cancellations after payment will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations are not accepted for dispatched orders.

 

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and Discount Codes are issued at Zaya's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel orders believed to have unauthorized discount code use. Promotional offers and Discount Codes can be used once per transaction, unless otherwise specified. Promotions and Discount Codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.

 

Delivery, Stock, and Processing

Most Zaya designs are made to order, which can take up to 6 weeks, particularly for labor-intensive designs. Ready-made items will be shipped within 4 business days. If you purchase ready-made items along with made-to-order designs, they will be shipped together when the made-to-order designs are ready.

Express shipping is available at an additional charge. While we cannot rush the creation process, express shipping will prioritize your order.

Once your order is shipped by our local courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary once dispatched.

Please note that postage/courier times are indicative and may vary due to postal service issues, holidays, or busy periods. We are not responsible for postage and delivery issues or delays. Extra surcharges may apply for remote locations. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product you ordered.

 

Custom Orders

Due to each design being handcrafted, variations are possible upon request. Contact us before placing your order with specific requests, and we will do our best to accommodate. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Product Disclaimer

Photographs are as accurate as possible, but monitor colors may vary slightly. All products are artisan and/or handmade, so slight flaws, imperfections, and minor size, aesthetic, and color variances are possible.
