Our custom-made candles are a reflection of our respect and understanding that no one knows what you need on your own personal and spiritual journey better than YOU!

To design your own Crystal Candle, fill out our Custom Candle Order Form Bellow following these simple steps:

Choose your preferred crystal for the base
Specify the color of sand or cement for the middle.
Indicate the wax color for the top.
Choose between the standard or the thin shape
Indicate the sizes and quantities.

Our Zaya team will get in touch with you to collaboratively create your exclusive candle, made with love and tailored just for you. We will also provide you with a price quote and the estimated production time for your order.

Zaya Concept Custom Candles are made by hand to order, so each piece is unique and that's what makes them so magical.

Kindly allow up to 20-30 business days for processing, excluding delivery. Upon shipment by our courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number.

Please be aware that courier times are approximate and may vary due to the postal service, public holidays, or busy periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery. If you are in a remote location, an additional surcharge may apply to your shipping costs.

Care + Burning

To best preserve your candle please store out of heat, humidity and direct sun. For optimal results, burn your candle for 1-2 hours at a time. Be sure to place a tray under you candle when burning as the wax may drip over the sides. Trim your wick after each use, but be sure not too short or it will become engulfed by wax. Never leave a burning candle unattended. See warning label for more detailed instructions.
